We are seeking a Senior Executive - Finance and Administration to independently manage accounting functions while providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This individual contributor role demands a highly experienced professional with advanced expertise in accounting principles, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently handle a broad spectrum of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties
- Independently manage and maintain comprehensive financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for management review.
- Manage the processing of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow with strategic oversight.
- Contribute to budget preparation and long-term financial planning, offering insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to accounting regulations and standards.
Administration Duties
- Provide strategic support for business administrative functions, including business related license applications and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend to guests and handle travel arrangements.
- Manage office administration, including liaise with building management, procurement and inventory of office supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
- Undertake additional ad hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles, with a proven track record of managing complex accounting functions and administrative operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
