Job Description:
- To lead, coordinate and work with cross functional teams such as tools suppliers, equipment engineers, process engineers, facility engineers, environment health and safety officer, contractors for tool placement plan.
- To participate in the evaluation, planning and supervision of projects including testing and commissioning.
- To provide support for new chemical and gas evaluations. Plan and execute specialty gas system release/unhooking.
- To carry out overall cleanroom capacity modelling and planning, work with manufacturing, process and equipment engineering to ensure requirement is met.
- To review capacity model, understanding the constraints and re-lay the equipment layout in the cleanroom to maximise the cleanroom space usage.
- Management of contractor?s services to ensure fulfilment of contracts terms and agreements.
- Identify opportunities for innovation that are relevant and appropriate to the company business objectives
- To review capital and cashflow requirements, driving activities to improve capital efficiency and reduce cost.
Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Building Management) or equivalent.
- Degree with 3 years and Diploma with 5 years related experience in Manufacturing of Semiconductor, Wafer Fab.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-driven and self-motivate to get job done.
- Able to work in a manufacturing, production, cleanroom environment.
- Technical knowledge in Facilities Support System such as ACMV, HVAC, Scrubber, Electrical, Compressed Dry Air, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Process Cooling Water, Ultra-Pure Warter, Chilled Water, Wastewater Treatment etc.
- Possess Project Management skills.
- Strong understanding of building codes, HSE laws, regulations and best practices and the ability to interpret/translate these into compliance activities
- Proficient in utilizing Excel, Power Point, Project, Word & Visio, AutoCAD.
