Job Description:
- Responsible in developing and executing a partnership and channel strategy aligned with the company’s objectives as well as Serve as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- In charge of building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and channels, ensuring successful collaboration.
- Responsible in Identifying and engaging potential partners, including technology providers, system integrators, resellers, and distributors.
- In Charge of providing training, support, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell and support the company’s products.
- Taking charge of setting and monitoring performance metrics for partnership and channel activities, including revenue targets, market penetration, and partner satisfaction.
- In Charge of providing training, support, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell and support the company’s products
- Developing and managing a channel program to drive sales through partners and resellers, particularly in Indonesia and Malaysia.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives as well as collaborate with the product development team to ensure partner feedback is integrated into product improvements.
- Responsible for setting and monitoring performance metrics for partnership and channel activities, including revenue targets, market penetration, and partner satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Head of Strategy and International Business Development to align partnership and channel strategies with broader business goals and also Report progress regularly to senior management.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnership, and channel
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Korea markets will be advantage.
