HR Management System:
- Administer and maintain HRMS
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee data
- Develop reports and dashboards
- Manage employee lifecycle operations (onboarding, changes, off-boarding)
- Ensure HR policies comply with business and legal requirements
- Serve as the first contact for employee HR queries
Payroll and Leave Management:
- Ensure accurate payroll processing for the region
- Manage payroll vendors
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and leave
- Manage regulatory filings with local authorities
Employee Engagement and Benefits:
- Administer employee programs and insurance benefits
- Coordinate engagement and social activities
- Support performance reviews and compensation surveys
Change Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders on HR initiatives and culture building
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal changes
Job Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of regional payroll processes, with prior expereince of managing headcount of more than 100 employees.
- Strong skills in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Prior experience in HR administration is advantageous.
