Your new role
- 50% end-to-end recruitment for Contract, Intern, Project Hires
- Partnering with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, to ensure a smooth process through the hiring pipeline
- Ability to quickly scan submitted resumes and route to the correct hiring managers
- Manage interviewer rosters, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and help ensure offers and onboarding processes
- Organized ability to track assigned candidates, progress and pending items
- Ability to handle minimum 30 requisitions within Finance, Supply Chain and Corporate Functions
- 50% digitalisation consolidation of data from HRIS, data migration
What you'll need to succeed
- High competency in communication level to handle stakeholders
- Degree holder in any relevant field
- Ability to use Workday, Sharepoint, Microsoft is highly advantageous
- 2 years in-house experience is highly preferred
