As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will take on the role of a technical lead within one of our squads, driving the design, implementation, and delivery of key products. You will collaborate closely with your squad and provide technical leadership while contributing to high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively contribute to the teams product and engineering objectives.
Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable software systems.
Provide technical leadership through mentoring and coaching, sharing best practices with software engineers.
Guide the team toward achieving high-priority initiatives to maximize impact.
Establish engineering best practices and tools to foster a strong engineering culture and enhance team productivity.
Manage external dependencies that are critical to your workstreams.
Collaborate with leadership to define long-term technical strategies and roadmaps for your squad and other teams. Regularly update plans to meet evolving product and infrastructure needs.
Assist with recruitment efforts, especially for senior technical hires.
What Were Looking For:
Experience building large-scale, high-availability software systems.
Proficiency in modern full-stack web technologies. Experience with front-end frameworks such as Next.js/React.js and backend development using Java/TypeScript is preferred.
A strong understanding of what it means to be a technical leader, including essential soft skills that complement technical expertise.
