Duration: 1 year contract with Completion Bonus
Salary: Up to $4,500/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting in engagement and outreach to stakeholders such as venue owner, grassroots and partner agencies.
- Work with team and partners to identify, secure, or procure venues, logistics, and performances etc.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to manage any publicity efforts
- Collation of data, if any, and Human interest stories of residents/ performers from engagements, surveys etc. for reporting and analysis needs.
- Work closely with other government agencies and community partners
- Handles procurement and put up SOAs for reimbursement
- Monitors and tracks KPIs of programme
- Any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned.
Looking for:
- Singaporeans only
- Min. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or any relevant field of study
- Min 3 years of experience in Events management/Event Coordination would be advantageous.
- Good interpersonal skills and analytical skills
