We are seeking Management Trainees together drive company's growth and development. In this role, you will gain exposure to various aspects of our business, including retail operations, human resources, online and social media development, and business development.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates eager to gain managerial experience in the Italian fashion industry, particularly those with a strong interest in fashion and the potential for career advancement. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
Following performance reviews, candidates will be placed in the department that aligns best with their strengths.
Responsibilities
- Assist the boutique supervisors/managers in store operations and lead the sales team to meet sales targets
- Understand each department’s daily processes and goals
- Begin and complete ad-hoc projects, including but not limited to marketing, social media marketing and e-commerce.
- Compile reports to track performance, innovative market ideas,
- Participate in company’s strategic planning
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Operations, Fashion or any other related skills
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Experience with sales (retail and online) or experience with online marketing (google, social media) is a big plus
- Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
- Entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about helping small businesses grow
- Excellent interpersonal skills; enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners
