Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement in-store events and customer engagement activities to drive sales, support product launches, and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate on the planning, development, and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Assist in managing and monitoring the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Gather, analyze, and utilize event data and attendee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in planning and executing product launches and events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Willingness to work weekday evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed for events.
