Responsibilities:
- Able to establish channels and expand customer base rapidly, maintain customer relationship;
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings;
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales;
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
- Must have strong knowledge of blockchain industryDeveloping quotes and proposals for clients;
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand;
- Develop and explore business opportunities in blockchain technology via social media and other platforms;
- Able to produce and edit publicize brochure;
- Able to understand and explore customer needs, propose product optimization plans, enhance customer experience;
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fired with 2 years of working experience in building strategic alliances, partnerships and business development;
- Knowledge of technologies, metaverse and blockchain/web3 will be a plus;
- Strong interpersonal skills and IT fluency will be a plus;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
