Requirements
- Ability to handle high volume Letters of Credit (the company issued more than 500 LC in the previous year)
- Proactive, resourceful, able to communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, patient, detailed, good interpersonal skills
- Exposure in US MNC and/or Logistics background may be helpful
Budget
S$6,000 – S$7,000 per month + Bonus
Job Scope
Reporting to a Treasury Team Lead, you will be responsible for a portfolio largely focusing on handling Letters of Credit. You will support in the review of LC drafts, work closely with various stakeholders such as Sales Manager, Logistics team and external parties such as Customers and Banks, and provide advice on the LC drafts. You will prepare the checklists, process any amendments made to LC and ensure communication to all internal and external stakeholders are made to ensure successful preparation and issuance of LC. You will closely monitor the progress, ensuring all document required for LC presentation is in order and attend to enquiries relating to status of LC. As part of a US MNC environment, you will ensure compliance with all internal policies, clauses, procedures and audit requirements.
