Description:
- Assembling and frosting of standard and customised cakes including buttercream cakes and fresh cream cakes
- Decorating of cupcakes, brownies and sliced cakes for retail
- Preparing components for cake assembly
- Ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
- Inventory checking and organisation of storage
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cake decorating and frosting
- Possess a Diploma in Pastry & Baking
- Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good at multi-tasking
