Provide Technical expertise to team members
- Design and plan comprehensive yearly training modules for team members, ensuring up-to-date and relevant content.
- Conduct monthly training assessments to evaluate team members' understanding and application of the training materials.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to create technical marketing materials and product information guides.
