2. Responsibilities & Authorities
•Achieve growth and hit sales targets set by the department.
•Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
•Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
•Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
•Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.
3. Experience
•Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Mechanical & Mechatronics Industry related.
•For the Senior position, one should have more than 8 years of related experience.
•Preference experience includes Semiconductor, Analytical or Life Sciences OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
4. Education
•Bachelors or Master’s Engineering degree from a reputable University.
•Other Relevant Degrees will also be considered.
