Job Description:
- Complete the process of renewal and cancellation of work passes on time and in accordance to MOM law, including submission of 6ME
- Work with superior to assess and review the internal HR operational workflow to streamline work processes, leveraging on technology
- Input and maintain employee information in HRMS
- Administration of approval flows for the modules in HRMS for On and Off Boarding
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and personnel file records including standard operating procedures are updated on a timely basis
- Handle wellness gifts and wreaths for corporate services
- Granting and administration of Corporate passes, i.e. access to work pass website
- Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by supervisor and manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Admin / HR or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience or Degree in Business Admin / HR or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience
