The Role
• Perform meat and poultry cutting, merchandising and housekeeping duties productively with the aim of optimizing department sales
• Weigh, clean and cut all types and sizes of meat for customers accurately according to standards and requirements
• Attend to customer’s queries and needs promptly in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner to achieve customer satisfaction
• Upkeep freshness and ensure high quality standards when handling goods at the meat cutting station, displaying goods at the chiller/showcase and arranging goods in the coldroom
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, personal grooming and hygiene at all times to reflect a good company image
• Any other adhoc duties as per assigned
