Job Responsibilities
- To lead and motivate team, manage showroom and recruitment activities for new hirers
- To manage team for retention of existing hirers
- To perform market segmentation and develop sales strategies to achieve sales target
- To plan, organise and conduct sales activities, events and briefing to generate leads and potentials.
- To prepare reports for sales activities and results.
- Any adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimally GCE 'N' Level
- Leadership: Have experience in leading and mentoring a team of sales and recruitment executive
- Recruitment experience, preferably showroom recruitment
- Team-player
