- Reception and Frontline Support: Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and handle general inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Administrative Assistance: Perform data entry, manage filing systems, and handle correspondence to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Operational Support: Assist with scheduling, organizing meetings, coordinating events, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Resource Management: Help with budgeting tasks, inventory management, and staff scheduling to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
- Consistency and Reliability: Provide dependable support to maintain consistent administrative functions and ensure uninterrupted service to students, parents, and staff.
Requirement:
- Min Secondary School education
- Pleasant personality
- Preferably with similar working experience in school environment
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to speak English, Malay and/or Mandarin
