Main Roles:
- Butchering duties that includes weighing, portioning, cutting and trimming meat from larger wholesale portions
- Cleaning and washing up the place after work
- 6 Days work week. Rest day on Sunday
Monday to Friday : 7.00am – 4.00pm ( 1hour lunch . 15min each tea-break)
Saturday : 7.00am – 3.00pm ( 1hour lunch . 15min each tea-break)
*Experienced skill cutter preferred however open to candidate who is willing to learn with no experience
