A leading equipment engineering solutions company is seeking a Sales Manager (Air Compressor) based in Singapore. The successful candidate will spearhead the company’s expansion into the South-East Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Identify and establish new sales channels, while managing and nurturing existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and identify new opportunities.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training, and after-sales support.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, proposals, and reports.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of regional sales experience in the air compressor industry.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the air compressor industry.
- Willing to work as an individual contributor
- Work with direct and channel sales partners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the region.
- Technical knowledge or qualifications in mechanical engineering are advantageous.
