Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus


Job Responsiblities:


  • To Coordinate meeting / appointment for internal and external stake holders.
  • Manage mailing list- send invitation and Coordinate RSVP'
  • Support Board Secratariat- complie meeting agnse and material in advance.
  • Some paper work for appointments, renewals, cessations of directors and related board matters as assigned.
  • Assist in Donor management
  • collect and maintain data intergrity: registry, CRM and measurement & evaluation.
  • Additional Administrative duties as need arises.

Job Requirement :

  • Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of work experience
  • Strong organisational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS office & Excel
