1.0 Identifies all the accounts assigned in accordance to the geographical distribution.
2.0 Solicits for both rooms and catering business by sales calls and networking activities.
3.0 Reviews the accounts production and plans for at least once a month visit to major accounts.
4.0 Conducts site inspections/entertainment schedules per week inclusive of in-house guests.
6.0 Maintains close rapport with current accounts to ensure support through visits, telemarketing and entertainment including regular guests and in-house guests.
7.0 Ensures close tracking of production of each account.
8.0 Updates all corporate account profiles regularly and sales call report on daily basis.
9.0 Entertains clients or prospective clients to solicit business for the hotel.
10.0 Maintains good public relations with the community so as to increase patronage for the hotel.
Job requirement
1.0 Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism.
2.0 Min 1 year experience
3.0 Good oral and written communication skills
4.0 Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
