Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
- Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
- Mentor a team of service team members.
- Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
- Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
- Familiarize yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client’s business, organization and objectives.
- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Perform any other technical tasks as and when required
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Higher Nitec in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant with at least 5 years working experience
- Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must
- Hands-on experience in security system configuration, application programming and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage
- Technology savvy (hardware & software)
- Problem solving skills
- Must be a team player and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service and business orientated with good initiative and adaptability
- Required to perform standby duties whenever required
- Driving License – Preferably if candidate possesses its own vehicle
