We are looking for a Key Account Manager, for Target Market - Concrete
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that the individual sales budget in revenues are met
- Ensure the collection of debts is within the Company guidelines
- Develop good relationship and network with concrete suppliers, pre-casters and contractors
- Conduct sales visit to service existing and new customers
- Aggressive market visits to identify and follow up on new projects/ opportunities
- To monitor competitors’ activities and feedback to the company
- Attend regular meetings as stipulated by the Sales Management
- Attend training/workshops as assigned by Management
- Ensure that products offered to the customers meet the strategy criterion outlined by Management
- Initiate Customer Complaint Report to ensure that the complaints are promptly and efficiently dealt with
- Submit monthly report and sales forecast
- Liaise with technical department to resolve concrete related issues, troubleshooting on site and trial mixes
- Ad-hoc assignment
