We also serve vulnerable seniors in selected areas in Singapore through Community Case Management Services (CCMS), CREST mental health support, and a sheltered senior group home. RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for managing and processing all administrative duties related to learning & development in a timely and professional manner
Learning Registration & Coordination
- Respond to learning requests and enquiries
- learning registration, withdrawal, cancellation and replacement
- class schedules, course details
- activation requests, queries or issues related to learning system accounts (e.g. AIC Learning Management System, LXP)
- Update and manage the learning catalogue
- Consolidate, upload and maintenance of learning records, including electronic filing of training certificates
- Point of contact for employees and external learning providers regarding changes in training, clarifications or request for supporting details
- Ensure all learning & development activities comply with policies and best practices
- Ad-hoc: Organise logistics for training sessions
Invoice Processing
- Manage and track the invoice process including:
- New vendor requests
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs)
- Verify and process invoices
- Liaising between Accounts Payable and training organiser for payment of invoices
You should have a Diploma in Business or a related field, with at least 1 year of working experience.
Additionally, you are
- Proficient in Google Suite (i.e. Google Sheets and Forms)
- Detail-oriented and process-driven to manage a large volume of learning requests, logistics and documentation
- An adaptable problem-solver to resolve challenges related to learning coordination and changing requests and situations
- Customer service-oriented to support our learners and stakeholders effectively
