My client, a consumer electronics company is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support their team in order processing and order management.
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling large order processing for local retailers, hypermarts, and other customers, particularly during seasonal peaks or month end.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
- Manage and process large volume orders from local retailers, hypermarts, and other customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to facilitate seamless order fulfillment during peak seasons.
- Monitor order status and address any issues that arise to ensure prompt resolution.
Customer Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers during seasonal periods, providing exceptional service and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns related to orders and deliveries
Administrative Support:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for managing large volume oforders and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role, with a strong background in managing orders and customer relationships, preferably in the consumer electronics sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to start on short notice will be an added advantage
- Positive and willing to learn
Contract Details:
This is a yearly renewable contract position direct hired by the company with benefits and variable bonus.
