Responsibilies:
- Provide Technical support and update customers on project development timely.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers and relevant parties pertaining to technical requirements and engineering aspect of the assigned projects.
- Plan, monitor and control all assigned projects are delivered within the given schedule.
- Work with inter-departments to ensure commited schedules are met.
- Assist to prepare and compile contractual quotation for existing and new products as per customers' enquires.
- Prepare and release job orders/purchase requisition to various departments.
- Prepare and generate shipment documents for delivery.
- Provide regular updates on project development timely.
Requirement:
- Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related.
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Able to interpret technical drawing and computer literate.
- Must be result oriented, resourceful and independent.
