The Job:
- Assist the Department Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Building Materials schedule planning and delivery
- Provide daily delivery schedules, buying plans, monthly inventories control.
- Troubleshoot delivery problems which may arise and work with related department to solve them.
- Perform administrative support, co-ordination work and assist to raise purchase requisition of inventorized items.
- Assist to arrange mandatory training courses for workers.
- Record keeping and maintain of ISO records for the department
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in delivery planning for building materials
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Able to work under pressure
- ISO related knowledge will be advantageous
