Job Description
- As the main first response for facilities and equipment breakdowns, the facility engineer will be managing and leading the team of in-house technicians in following through the routine inspections, rectification of general plant defects and ad-hoc maintenance repairs
- Familiar with government related submissions; NEA and ISO standards
- Ensure the infrastructure and facilities comply with relevant and updated authority regulations and codes of practices
- Conducts root cause analysis and recommend for improvement works or enhancement to planned maintenance
- Ensures maintenance activities are carried out according to department SOP.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Facility Building Management. Advanced diploma or diploma holders with rich experience are encouraged to apply
- Familiar with BCA and Singapore Standards. Having Energy Manager certificate will be a bonus
- Technical background in related facilities equipment and 2 years relevant experience with (BMS, Lighting Protection System, Fire Alarm, PA, Fire Protection etc) maintenance and service quality mindset
- Experienced in budget management and financial analysis skills
- Possess high standards of integrity and urgency
- Charismatic personality who is a valuable team player with excellent leadership qualities
- Excellent time disciplined traits
