Job scope:
- Develop customized lesson plans to meet each student's specific needs and learning objectives
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote understanding
- Implement strategies to improve attention span, communication, social skills, and academic performance
- Identify and address behavioral challenges in a supportive and constructive manner
- Regularly communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and successes
- Keep accurate records of student progress and make adjustments to teaching strategies as necessary
- Provide feedback to students and parents on a regular basis, including detailed progress reports
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of work experience in teaching English
- Experience working with children diagnosed with ADHD, and/or intellectual development delays
- Proven experience in managing challenging behaviors and promoting positive reinforcement techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents
- Patience, empathy, and dedication to the progress and well-being of each student
