Remuneration Package: Basic + Quarterly Bonus + Annual Team Incentive
Responsibilities:
- Seek out new business and revenue opportunities through business and market analyses both locally and internationally
- Develop, steer and manage new business opportunity pipeline
- Manage and build rapport with both existing and new customers
- Identify and engage with potential partners, relevant authorities, industry stakeholders and key decision makers to deliver on new business opportunities
- Monitors competition by gathering market intelligence and trends, and recommending changes in positioning, services, and pricing strategies
- Organise and participate in industry networking events and customer engagement activities to increase brand value and awareness and build customer preference
- Develop a robust sales pipelines and achieve annual revenue targets
- Work cross-organisationally and coordinate among commercial, technical and support functions to drive successful service delivery, solutions and outcomes for customers
- Possess strong technical and product knowledge to promote company’s products / services to clients
- Prepare contract negotiations and quotation planning for different projects / sales
- Ensure customer satisfaction (managing pre-sales and post sales customer experience)
Requirements
- 5 + years of technology related sales or business development experience.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering or related courses.
- B2B Technical sells background with solutions and services in Robotic industry, comfortable working in startups or non-SME/MNC environment.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Extensive customer database.
- Sales experience with robotic solutions is a plus.
- Candidate is required to have the knowledge in Mandarin as this role requires you to liaise with China HQ team and Chinese customers when necessary. You need to be able to read (technical documents), speak and type Mandarin.
