- Supervise and maintain IT infrastructure (including software and hardware) for both onshore/offshore.
- Direct and support the IT Team Members in day-to-day operations.
- Establish and oversee security measures, carry out regular assessments, and manage incident handling and updates with vendors.
- Work with the Data team to implement data policies, safeguard and back up data, and support governance across all systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of managing M365 Business Suite experience as a Managerial role.
- Experienced in managing devices with MDM configurations integrated into a domain.
