Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the finance team to process the invoice.
- Support daily PMO task and activities.
- Proficient in preparing management reports.
- Facilitate meetings and prepare notes of meeting.
- Support yearly budgeting and workplan exercise.
Requirements:
- Good in MS Excel skills and handling of numbers.
- Hands on and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
- Experience in meeting facilitation and prepare notes of meetings.
- Effective information gathering and prepare management reports.
