Responsibility:
- Manage HR operational functions including payroll & budget, full cycle of recruitment process, appraisal, compensation, and benefits etc.
- Handle employee relations issues and complaints. Provide guidance on employment-related matters and resolve issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- P-File Management ensure full digitalization of HR documents.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Prepare monthly payroll, CPF submission, and other HR submissions.
- Support any office administration.
- Monitor and follow up on payments with customers and sales representatives.
- Record incoming payments and update financial records accordingly.
- Prepare invoices and quotation to customers.
- Involve in vendor selection and negotiate prices and delivery lead time with vendors/contractors.
- Coordinate on the required technical specifications, delivery/collection schedule and supplier payments etc.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experiences with managerial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read and write English and mandarin.
- Possess high integrity and professional code of ethics and be self-motivated.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
