HR Manager

Y. W. Furnishing Contractor Pte. Ltd.

Responsibility:

  • Manage HR operational functions including payroll & budget, full cycle of recruitment process, appraisal, compensation, and benefits etc.
  • Handle employee relations issues and complaints. Provide guidance on employment-related matters and resolve issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • P-File Management ensure full digitalization of HR documents.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, CPF submission, and other HR submissions.
  • Support any office administration.
  • Monitor and follow up on payments with customers and sales representatives.
  • Record incoming payments and update financial records accordingly.
  • Prepare invoices and quotation to customers.
  • Involve in vendor selection and negotiate prices and delivery lead time with vendors/contractors.
  • Coordinate on the required technical specifications, delivery/collection schedule and supplier payments etc.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experiences with managerial role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read and write English and mandarin.
  • Possess high integrity and professional code of ethics and be self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
