Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide administrative and logistical support for client activities and team operations.
- Coordinate with organizations and healthcare providers for program referrals.
- Organize logistics and resources for smooth operation of activities.
- Support workgroup meetings and presentations.
- Assist in planning outreach and engagement events with community partners.
- Manage and verify data as needed.
- Ensure timely data collection and submit quarterly reports; generate additional reports as required.
- Track and document key performance indicators and targets
- Perform other assigned duties.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in project management.
- Internship experience also can.
- Experience in community and/or healthcare settings would be advantageous.
