Our Facility Operations Team on the ground plays a crucial role in safeguarding our facility and providing a high standard of hygiene, safety and customer experience. We are looking for superstars like you to join our dynamic team and support our growing business!
About the Role:
The Site Supervisor will manage 2-3 facilities, overseeing a team of shift leads and runners. Responsibilities include managing food orders, resolving facility issues, maintaining high standards of facility conditions, and leading facility improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manages 2-3 Facilities, and a team of shift leads and runners
- Fully on site, and split time between order processing and managerial tasks
- Handle in-person onboarding and offboarding kitchen handover with our clients
- Ensure a smooth facility operations, including order processing and order pickups, through hands-on monitoring, mediating and effective communications
- Coordinate communication between the Smart City Kitchen and the kitchens
- Respond to our clients’ inquiries in a timely manner, be the dependable face of our company
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed per SOP, such as cleanliness, security, pest control, and kitchen audits
- Lead facility operations projects as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on site with a sense of urgency
- Execute facility improvement projects on site
- Maintain a positive attitude and team morale in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Guide the team on tasks and motivate them in challenging situations
- Be flexible and adaptable to changes

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
