Responsibility:
- Upsell drinks
- Casual service
- Solve Problems and make decision at store level
- Maintain inventories and manage shift
- Set up the restaurant for service preparation.
- Ensure service delivery is seamless and smooth
- Take orders and perform food runner role
- Coordinate F&B Service
- Maintain quality standards for food & Kitchen Duties
- Manage and communicate with diverse work team
- Ensure adherence to Food hygiene and outlet cleanliness
- Guide and train junior staff
Requirements
- Min N level with at least 1 year of F&B experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to generate basic store reports
- Conduct basic sales analysis for store reports.
- Willing to work on weekends & public holidays
