Job Description
You will be a member of the Group Information Security Team responsible for managing, executing, measuring,
and reporting of our projects. You will help drive our projects across Infosec to ensure that the projects deliver the
value and outcome required to enhance our Cyber Security posture. You will also be responsible for the
preparation and coordination of management reporting / meetings for senior management, regulatory and
compliance board.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Lead the team to prepare tender submission by ensuring technical and commercial inputs are accounted
for and consulted with respective stakeholders.
• Work with procurement to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
• Manage tender works by providing directions on planning, execution, review, and selection of suitable
tender response.
• Ensure the completeness for scope of work, agreed timeline, and to instil baseline quality standard for
tender / project.
• Coordinate vendor presentation, formulate risk matrix, and conduct regular status reporting.
• Escalate potential risks in tender / project to stakeholders with risk mitigation in place.
• Justify and prepare measurement of business value of tenders / project to align with, and to achieve
strategic outcomes for the Cyber Security roadmap.
• Ensure renewal of projects, submission of new projects, and tracking / reporting of projects are
conducted regularly.
• Track and ensure projects are executed according to project management methodologies such as Agile or
Waterfall model.
• Prepare and conduct project / tender post-mortem for education and corrective purpose.
• Coordinate, prepare and ensure management reporting are factually correct as of reporting date and may
be required to present to management.
• Work with various stakeholders for collation, verification, and validation of reporting metrics.
Requirements
• Degree in IT or related fields, with 5 -7 years relevant working experience in project management and
management reporting.
• Expert knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Knowledge of procurement process.
• An eye for detail.
• Strong oral, written, presentation and inter-personal skills.
• Possess positive attitude with drive, initiative, enthusiasm, and a keen sense of urgency in resolving high-
priority issues.
• Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
