Job Objective
Support the Head of Security Governance in maintaining and enhancing Security Governance within the Group Information Security (GIS) function of the bank.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess and manage compliance with security regulations, tracking remediation efforts.
- Oversee third-party due diligence and audit engagements related to GIS.
- Track and report on Key Operational Risk Indicators (KORIs) and security metrics.
- Execute GIS Key Risk and Control Self Assessments (KRCSAs).
- Update and manage security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage GIS initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications in Technology Risk Management/Cybersecurity preferred but not mandatory.
- 5+ years of overall experience, with 2+ years in Security/IT governance.
- Strong security risk and analytical mindset.
- Knowledge of security regulations and best practices.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in metrics and security concepts.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and willing to learn quickly.
- Effective communication with internal and external teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Timely response to requests and issues.
