Requirement
- Claim Verification and Processing: Review, verify, and process promotional claims submitted by partners, ensuring they meet the established terms, conditions, and timelines of promotional agreements.
- Documentation Review: Ensure all required documentation (e.g., receipts, purchase invoices) is submitted and correct, flagging any inconsistencies or missing information.
- Partner Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing clear updates on claim status, resolving any issues, and educating partners on claim submission requirements.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with finance, marketing, and sales departments to ensure promotions are executed as intended and that claim processing follows contractual terms.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes in partnership claims, escalating issues when necessary to the Claims and Promotions Manager.
- Record Keeping and Audits: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all partner claims, ensuring they are easily accessible for audits and reporting.
Skills:
- Strong excel skills.
- Power BI and excel Macro skills will be strong plus
