Job description:
● To assist Managing Director and Directors to oversee projects.
● To assist Project Architects in assign projects.
● To be able to liaise with internal and external parties for the good of the project.
● To be able to perform any other job scope required for the good of the project.
● Proficient in basic software skills
● Proficient in REVIT/ArchiCAD

Job requirement:
(Salary depends on the actual experience, not by years as indicated).
● Degree in Architecture or equivalent preferably recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore for Architecture assistant or executive positions.
● Polytechnic Diploma in the related field or equivalent or NTC2/NITEC are welcome to apply.
● Knowledge of local regulations and authority submission procedures.
● 2 - 3 years of working experience. if none we will consider on-the-job mentoring.
● Proficient in BIM (Revit/ArchiCAD) is required, proficiency in 3D Modelling / Sketchup, AutoCAD / Adobe photoshop / Microsoft programs, or any basic architecture software that allows you to perform your job effortlessly.
● Able to manage projects and work independently (in due time) in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
● Possess good interpersonal skills and is a team player.
● Positive working attitude.
● Good project management, leadership, and communication skills at all levels
● Have a keen eye for details.
● Able to independently or under supervision prepare drawings and or documentation at all stages of the project.
Revit skills (test is required on site)
● Experience in architectural Revit modelling
● Ability to do Revit 3D model for architectural requirement.
● Ability to extract from Revit 3D model into 2D AutoCAD version and pdf version
● Ability to do room data sheet, ie area computation and etc.
● Ability to do calculation for authority submission requirement, ie Buildability Score and etc
