Responsibilities:
· Attend enquiries from customers and forward them to allotment's airlines with cargo details.
· Provide customers with competitive rates from own allotment carriers and follow up business's status.
· Create JOB assignment in the in-house system for cargo details, shipper requirements and proceed booking with carrier's quotation email.
· Provide booking confirmation to customers once received from the carrier.
· Conduct regular visits to build trust and establish long-term relationships with existing customers while maintaining market competitiveness.
· Identify and explore new customers opportunities.
· Manage accounts receivable processes and ensure timely payment receipts from customers.
· Source pricing or solutions for businesses that do not transit via SG based on sales inquiries through the cargo network platform.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess 5-8 years of experience in the air freight industry.
· Minimum of a Diploma in a related field; candidates with over 8 years of experience in logistics are encouraged to apply even without formal educational qualifications.
· Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in acquiring new customers.
· Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focus on driving results and delivering value.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with logistics management software is a plus.
