Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct annual evaluations and provide policy servicing for existing high-net-worth (HNW) clients by collaborating with private bankers to review and analyze active policies.
· Drive revenue growth by developing strategies to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the current client portfolio, achieving both revenue and review completion targets.
· Enhance policy servicing objectives by contributing customer feedback and recommendations to support the business’s overall strategic plans and review processes.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with market heads and team leaders to generate referral opportunities with HNW clients.
· Partner closely with private bankers and wealth planners to understand the profiles, needs, and expectations of HNW clients, enabling the delivery of appropriate advice and recommendations on life and personal line solutions.
· Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance with all operational procedures and processes.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 5 year of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
