Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate site activities and submission documents.
- Liaise with and manage project stakeholders (customers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors) to ensure project requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Develop detailed work schedules, and plan manpower and resources.
- Interpret engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations.
- Oversee the safety management system on site.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Understand and apply Singapore standards or Codes of Practice.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction/Industrial Engineering (open to candidates without experience).
- Experience in ACMV design, piping, and structural support.
- Familiarity with manufacturing plant construction, Data Centre fit-out works, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and interact effectively with project members and managers
