Graphic Design
- Ability to work closely, efficiently with a dynamic event team under tight deadlines, and across multiple projects.
- Responsible to produce event visual designs and translate concepts for various media platforms such as on-site event collaterals, large format prints and digital media.
- Support event brand-building initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Conceptualise and sketch graphics designs based on requirements/specifications
- Design event branded materials, including backdrops, signage, infographics event merchandise, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Oversee all artwork deliverables related works, from the development of design briefs for agencies, to the final delivery through production.
- Adapt artworks created by appointed agency for the use in other aspects of the event.
- Delivering production artwork / guidelines / for Commercial implementation.
- Oversee work rendered from colour proof/mock-up to final print and application.
Marketing and Event Co-ordination
- Support and implement all event marketing related activities, such as event branding, digital marketing, social media site and event website
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Prepare and manage content of event website and social media
- Coordinate and manage design production process with vendors when required.
- Assist with other scope of work within the event commercial operations team.
- Perform ad hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Dedicated, self-oriented and results driven
- Possess good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to work out of office hours whenever necessary
- Manage project timelines effectively to meet all deadlines.
