JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters.
- Provide professional service and advice to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service-oriented attitude.
- Actively promote the organisation’s programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner.
- Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses.
- Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention
- Handle customers enquiries, enrolment, payments and maintain accurate files for auditing.
- Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Assist Centre Manager in other duties.
- Attend company’s meetings when required.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum ‘N’ Level
- Able to commit on both weekends
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in technology and computer literate with MS Office
- Self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset
