Job Description:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on business requirements and Workday configuration.
- Lead end-to-end testing of Workday modules.
- Perform data validation, integration testing, and system performance testing.
- Partner with HR shared services and relevant stakeholders, project team, and Workday consultants to understand specific requirements and processes.
- Document test results, including any issues or defects found during testing.
- Create detailed test reports and provide recommendations and improvements.
- Assist in developing training materials and user guides for end-users.
- Provide support to users during the UAT phase and help resolve any arising issues.
- Stay updated on Workday updates and new features to ensure comprehensive testing.
Requirements:
- Experience in UAT Testing with Workday
