Job Description:
- Manage HR documentation, maintain accurate records, and support various HR functions such as payroll processing and employee data management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent application and compliance across the organization.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts, provide guidance on workplace policies, and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Maintain and update employee records to comply with legal requirements.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes, including setting up performance reviews, providing feedback, and supporting employee development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Administer employee benefits programs, handle compensation inquiries, and ensure that compensation practices are competitive and equitable.
- Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resources
- Min 5 years of experience in Generalist Role.
- Min 5 years of Payroll experience.
- Candidate must have experience in Local: 80+ headcounts & Regional (SEA): 260+ headcounts
- Good to have multicurrency payroll experience
