Responsibilities:
- Maintain and validate capacity/space models to enable accurate assessment of production loading needs
- Apply Industrial Engineering concepts to line management, capacity analysis, scheduling and production planning
- Develop models for non-equipment related capability to meet the Fab output requirements.
- Managing complex projects across several different departments and sites, working pro-actively with other departments to identify areas of improvement and actions.
- Coordinating efforts of the site industrial engineering teams to continuously improve production metrics and optimize use of installed capital
- Understand the impact to the metrics driven by output changes through scenario analysis Provide inputs and support network optimization and long-term strategy discussions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- Good in written communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment, with good integrity and character
- Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically in meeting dead-lines without compromising on quality
- Proficient in programming skill will be an added advantage
