Job Description
Accounts Duties :
- Handle all day to day operations
- Handle payments and updating
- Bank in cheque as and when required
- Handle petty cash
- Book-keeping
Administrative Duties :
- In-charge of general office administrative support
- Responsible for all office equipment
Human Resource Duties :
- Monthly payroll administration & timely CPF submission
- Submission of NS man claim and Government Paid Leave
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies such MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc. on employee related matters.
- Handle application/renewal of work pass, employees benefits and leave management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Assist in preparing HR data when needed by directors
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in annual employee appraisals, increment and bonus
- Maintain up to date employee's personnel files
- Support general day-to-day HR administrative duties
Secretarial Duties :
- Secretarial support and provide administrative support to Directors
- Work with Corporate Secretariat on ACRA Corporate matters
- Performs other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Preferably Diploma in HR Administration/ Business Administration
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a bookkeeping role
- Able to work at a fast pace and communicate with people at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- High reliability and integrity in handling confidential information

- Location - Tai Seng
- 5.5 days work ( Monday to Friday + Saturday half day )
- 9am to 6pm / 9am to 1pm
