Job Description


Accounts Duties :

  • Handle all day to day operations
  • Handle payments and updating
  • Bank in cheque as and when required
  • Handle petty cash
  • Book-keeping

Administrative Duties :

  • In-charge of general office administrative support
  • Responsible for all office equipment

Human Resource Duties :

  • Monthly payroll administration & timely CPF submission
  • Submission of NS man claim and Government Paid Leave
  • Liaise with government authorities and agencies such MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc. on employee related matters.
  • Handle application/renewal of work pass, employees benefits and leave management
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
  • Assist in preparing HR data when needed by directors
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in annual employee appraisals, increment and bonus
  • Maintain up to date employee's personnel files
  • Support general day-to-day HR administrative duties

Secretarial Duties :

  • Secretarial support and provide administrative support to Directors
  • Work with Corporate Secretariat on ACRA Corporate matters
  • Performs other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Preferably Diploma in HR Administration/ Business Administration
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a bookkeeping role
  • Able to work at a fast pace and communicate with people at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High reliability and integrity in handling confidential information

Others

  • Location - Tai Seng
  • 5.5 days work ( Monday to Friday + Saturday half day )
  • 9am to 6pm / 9am to 1pm
